We’ve also served our last French Raclette on the 19th September, that marks 6 cheese wheels (over 36kg) served this year! The melty cheese magic will be back mid-April 2026 when the weather cools down again.

Our road to Lathlain
I’ve seen many thematic cafes and restaurants on the other side of Australia and overseas. I often ask myself, why don’t we bring these ideas in, and make it something special and unique for Perth?
So we’ve decided to build
Cafe Myriade – the first board game cafe between year 2011 and 2015

We are so grateful to have been given the opportunity to join this community, if the 100 Margherita pizza give away event on the 1st April 2024 was an indication of how friendly and supportive the locals are, opening up Woodpeckers Pizza Lathlain is probably one of the best decisions we’ve made in our lives. We look forward to getting to know you more, over some pizzas and raclette!

About our Pizza
At Woodpeckers in Lathlain, we offer a delectable range of gourmet woodfired style pizzas, freshly prepared for you on the spot. From traditional margherita or meat lover’s pizzas, through to pesto chicken and caponata pizzas, our menu has something for everyone. We also stock Gluten Free pizza bases and Vegan Cheese. If you have specific dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to discuss these with our team, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs.
We take pride in ensuring all of our gourmet pizzas are made using traditional Italian methods, which allows us to deliver some of the best pizzas in Perth. Using Red Caputo flour we’ve imported from Italy, the dough is naturally risen for 48 hours, to achieve the right amount of consistency and fluffiness.
We hand stretch each one of our pizza doughs upon order, top them with our homemade Italian tomato base, mozzarella cheese and quality fresh ingredients, then cook the gourmet pizza inside the Moretti Forni oven on a stone base. Whether you order a traditional or gluten free pizza, the quality and taste will be second to none.
Service is always fun and friendly at Woodpeckers. We’ve been serving family in Subiaco under current management since 2014, so this menu also contains the dishes we have served over the years and refined to their best to ensure they please your palate.
